"I draw to Me, My man from far off or even across the seven Seas to Shirdi, like a sparrow with a string fastened to its feet"-Shirdi Sai Baba, Indian Spiritual Guru-God
Thanks SSS Trust, Shirdi
People from different Religious, Geographical, Economic, and Social backgrounds are brought together here. Their prayers are delivered and successfully resolved with the grace of the Indian spiritual SadGuru-God, Shirdi Sai Baba.
Baba’s speech established its efficacy or greatness while He was living in the flesh, but wonder of wonders! It did the same even after His passing away.
Baba said –
“Believe Me, though I pass away, My bones in My tomb will give you hope and confidence.
Not only Myself but My tomb would be speaking, moving and communicating with those who would surrender themselves whole-heartedly to Me.
Do not be anxious that I would be absent from you.
You will hear My bones speaking and discussing your welfare.
But remember Me always, believe in Me heart and soul and then you will be most benefited.”

People in the Maharashtra, India always celebrate God Satya-Narayana Puja in their homes every fortnight or month.
When they are suffering from any problem, they say, ‘I do Satya Narayana Pooja.’ After getting rid of the problem, they performed the Satya Narayana Puja.
In all Sai Baba Temples, Sai Satya-vrata Puja is performed instead of Satya Narayana Pooja. People choose to recite the Sai story. It was told in three figurative verses. These were from the book “Bhakta Liyamaruth” composed by Daskanu Maharaj.
Satya Narayana Puja will be held daily at 7 am and 9 am in Shirdi. At the end of the prayer, the priest reads the three stories in Marathi. He reads them on behalf of all the devotees present. Then the offering will be given.
If you have time, please attend the Sai Satya Narayana puja, at Shirdi Mandir(RS.100 per couples), and also do monthly Pooja at your home in front of Satya Narayana picture and get Health, Wealth and Happiness

(1) The site with the Neem tree and surrounding space was bought by Mr. Hari Vinayak Sathe, and on this site a big building styled Sathe’s Wada was erected, at Shirdi Gurusthan
This Wada was the sole resting place for pilgrims, who flocked there. A Par (platform) was built round the neem tree and lofts with steps were constructed.
Under the steps, there is a niche facing south and devotees sit on the Par (platform) facing north. It is believed, that he who burns incense there, on Thursday and Friday evenings will, by God’s grace, be happy. This Wada was old and dilapidated and wanted repairs. The Sansthan has made the necessary repairs, additions and alterations now.
(2) Then after some years another Wada, Dixit’s Wada was constructed. Kakasaheb Dixit, Solicitor of Bombay, had gone to England. He had injured his leg by an accident there. The injury could not be got rid of by any means. Nanasaheb Chandorkar advised him to try Sai Baba. So he saw Sai Baba in 1909 A.D., and requested Him to cure rather the lameness of his mind than that of his leg.
He was so much pleased with the darshana of Sai Baba that he decided to reside in Shirdi. So he built a Wada for himself and other devotees. The foundation of this building was laid on 10-12-1910.
On this day, the night Arti in Chavadi was commenced.
The Wada was complete and was inhabited on the Rama- Navami day in 1911 A.D., with due rites and formalities.
(3) Then 3rd Wada or palatial mansion was put up by the famous millionaire, Mr. Booty, of Nagpur.
Lots of money was spent on this building, but the entire amount was well utilized, as Sai Baba’s body is resting in this Wada, which is now called the Samadhi Mandir.
The site of this Mandir had formerly a garden, which was watered and looked after by Baba. Three Wadas thus sprang up, where there was none formerly. Of these, Sathe’s Wada was most useful to all, in the early days.
During his last illness Baba said “Carry me to the Wada”, (ie. Buty wada). Buty was quite willing that his building should become the tomb of Baba.
The Mamlatdar pointed out his difficulties. He said that if all parties agreed, he could give directions for the disposal of the body in accordance with the terms of the agreement. If they did not, he said, they should go to Ahamadnagar, and get the District Magistrate’s decree, and he (Mamlatdar) would have to act upon that decree. Then Dixit was ready to go to Ahamadnagar.
As he was a solicitor of high repute, the Muslims thought that if he went to Ahamadnagar, he would get the District Magistrate’s order in his own favour, and they would be nowhere. So, they came to an agreement with the Hindus that Baba’s body should be in Buty wada, and, as usual the management of the tomb, etc., should also be with the Hindus, but Muslims should be allowed free access even though it was in a Hindu gentleman’s house, and that Mamul should continue.
So, the Mamlatdar himself passed an order, and Baba’s body was buried without any difficulty at Buty wada, where it still remains. That was only a temporary settlement. The more important matter was as to the guidance of the future.
That should be a scheme sanctioned by the District Court of Ahamadnagar. H.S. Dixit with his remarkable legal ability, his worldly wisdom, and great bhakti, drew up a Scheme and presented it with the signatures of number of influential devotees. That was sanctioned by the District Court in 1922 and that governs the Shirdi Sai Sansthan and Baba’s tomb and other affairs.
The property of the Sansthan vested in a body of trustees with managing committee of fifteen. Dixit contented himself with being the Honorary Secretary, and his able management pleased all parties.
H.S. Dixit thus laid firm foundation for the success of the Shirdi Sai Sansthan, and he must be given the credit for its present position. This may be ranked as one of his great services to Sai and to the public or to humanity.

Here are some Tips for those who wish to touch or spend a few quiet moments at Baba’s Samadhi in Shirdi.
While enters into the Baba’s samadhi hall, the rows are divided into four (ie Left side 2 row and Right side 2 row), as what we are seeing in the above picture.
If you enter into the middle Two rows, you are blessed to turns backward and may stand there few seconds before Sai to see and worship. You may have time to worship and do some mediation there.
Likely if You go in the Extreme-Left line, You can touch the Baba’s (Feet)Padukas.
NormallyExtreme-Right line is suitable for fast moving.
See the above image carefully and remember this in your mind, whenever you visit Shirdi Mandir.
